We want every student, parent and teacher to be able to use ClassMate, including people with disabilities. We work to make the App and this website meet the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA.

1. What we have done

• Languages and direction — the App is available in English, Arabic, Hebrew, French, Russian and Pashto, with correct right-to-left layout for Arabic, Hebrew and Pashto.
• Text size — the App follows your device's text-size setting and also has its own text-size control.
• Screen readers — buttons and icons carry spoken labels for VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android).
• Motion and contrast — when "Reduce Motion" or high-contrast / reduced-transparency settings are on, the App freezes background animation and reduces translucent effects.
• This website — plain, text-based pages that work with screen readers, keyboard navigation and browser zoom.

ClassNotes

ClassNotes, our note-taking app for iPhone and iPad, is currently in English. Its buttons and icons carry VoiceOver labels, its text scales with your Dynamic Type size, and it honours the Reduce Motion and Reduce Transparency settings.

2. Known limitations

Some content is created by schools and users rather than by us — for example uploaded files, photos, voice messages and announcements — and may not be fully accessible (such as images without descriptions or audio without a transcript). We keep improving the App; if something is hard to use, tell us and we will help you get the information another way.
